Donnie Stacy

Donnie Stacy, 60, of Beauty, KY passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Pikeville Medical Center.  He was born October 21, 1957 in Wolf Creek, KY a son of the late Simon and Virgie Jude Stacy.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother: Simpson Stacy; two sisters: Azzie Brooks & Armenda Stacy.

In his spare time, Donnie enjoyed going fishing with his family. He also enjoyed watching drag races and trading anything he could.  He was a retired carpenter. 

Those left to cherish his memory include three sons: Donnie Isaac (Rebecca) Stacy of Chattaroy, WV, Jason Wiley of Beauty, KY, Scottie Thompson of Inez, KY; two daughters: Crystal Wiley (Joey) of Wilsondale, WV, Angel Wiley of Greyson, KY; four brothers: Will (Janie) Stacy, Rush (Monica) Stacy, Thermon Stacy, all of Hatfield, KY, Menifee (Dixie) Stacy of Beauty, KY; two sisters: Spicie (Doug)  Michalski of Turkey Creek, KY, Charity (Charles) Evans of Genoa, WV; 17 grandchildren; and a host of nieces & nephews that he thought the world of, as well as family & friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Mary Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church, Hatfield, KY with Elders Lacy Walters and Kenneth B. Jude officiating.

Burial will follow in the Stacy Family Cemetery at Hatfield, KY with his brothers & nephews serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday & Wednesday at the Mary Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church.
