Katy Francis "Kay" Justice

Katy "Kay" F. Justice, 80, of Shepherdsville KY, formerly of Mouthcard KY, went to walk the streets of Heaven with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 2, 2019.  She was born June 12, 1939 in Grundy, VA, a daughter of the late Roy and Flossie Anderson Stapleton.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jennings Justice Sr; two sons, Jennings Justice Jr. and Roy Lee Justice; two brothers, Doug Stapleton and James Stapleton; two sisters, Hazel Looney and Mary Magdaline Stapleton; and one great grandchild, David Adam Justice.

Those left to honor her memory include three sons: David (Amanda) Justice of Pikeville KY, Charles E. Justice Sr. of Pikeville KY, Michael D. Justice of Gallipolis OH, Kimberly A. (David) Nance of Lebanon Junction KY, Jennifer K. (David) Mitchell of Shepherdsville KY; two sisters, Mary Stapleton of Florida & Phyllis Gray of Maryland; 17 grandchildren & 21 great grandchildren; and one special great grandchild, Ava Rae Whitaker of Shepherdsville KY.

A special thank you to all the nurses and pca’s of the Norton Women & Children Hospital oncology department.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Cornerstone Apostolic Church, Phelps, KY with minister Richard McKinney officiating.

Burial will follow in the Justice Family Cemetery, Elliot Justice Drive at Grapevine, KY with Josh Smith, C.J., Tyler, Mason, Andy, Brandon & Dillon Justice serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the church with special services at 7:00 P.M.
