Johnny Stell

Johnny Stell, 56, of Freeburn, KY, entered into rest on February 16, 2020 at his residence.  He was born April 29, 1963, in South Williamson, KY, the son of the late Willie & Rittie (Wolford) Stell.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother James Stell.

Johnny enjoyed the simple life at home watching movies, and he loved going fishing.   He was of the Church of God faith and one of the humblest people you would ever meet.  He would give you the last dime in his pocket and the shirt off his back.

Those left to honor his memory include his loving wife, Sara “Holt” Stell; two brothers: Robert Stell of Freeburn, KY; Virgil Dotson of Elyria, OH; and a host of cousins & other family.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Jones & West Funeral Home with Reverends Bobby Dale Wolford & Doug Maynard officiating.

Burial will follow in the Stell Family Cemetery, Freeburn, KY.

Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
