Myrtle Smith Obituary

Myrtle Smith age 93 of Phelps, Ky. departed this life August 9, 2022 at the Tug Valley ARH in South Williamson, KY. Born July 6, 1929 in Phelps, Ky. The daughter of the late Jack and Manilla Davenport. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Smith, son Keith Smith and daughter Sandy Smith.

Myrtle had been a resident at the Good Shephard Rehabilitation Center at Phelps, and is survived by the staff and fellow residents. She was a member of First Baptist Church at Phelps, Ky.

Visitation will begin at the Jones & West Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday August 16, 2022 at 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Interment will be at Davidson Memorial Gardens at Ivel, KY. Pastor Bruce Hawkins will officiate.
