Brian May

Brian May, 56 years old of Red Jacket, WV, passed away on July 8, 2022, at his home. Born December 4, 1965, in Williamson, WV., a son of the late Harold and Paulina May. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents; John and Eunice Gooslin, and a sister Rhonda Norman.

Brian was a security guard for ARM Security.  He enjoyed many activities outdoors including horseshoes, corn hole and occasionally a cookout meal with his family and friends.  He loved animals, especially horses, and dogs.  Brian’s greatest pleasure in life was to spend time with his children Breanna, and Chase, wife  Sabrina and his brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews.

He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife Sabrina May, a daughter; Breanna May, stepson; Chase Howell.  Brothers; Jerry (Nina) May of Majestic, KY., H.D. May of Matewan, WV., David (Stacie) May of Morehead, KY.  Sisters; Sherry (Mitchell) Coleman of Maysville, KY., and Pam (Robert) Alley of Belfry, KY. Linda Stanley of Canada, Ky., and LaSondra (Roger) Staton of Williamson, WV. Brian was also survived by many nieces and nephews whom he loved and was loved by very much.

The family will begin receiving friends at the Jones & West Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00P.M. on Friday July 15, 2022. Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:00 P.M. with Shawn Gooslin officiating. Interment will be at the Alley Cemetery at Blackberry, Ky. Friends and Family will serve as pallbearers.

Arrangements are under the direction of Jones & West Funeral Home at Phelps, Ky.
