Rebecca Jane Blackburn

Rebecca Jane Blackburn, 42, of Kimper, KY, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019 at her residence.  She was born March 11, 1977 at Pikeville, KY, a daughter of Catherine Ann “Cundiff” Blackburn of Kimper, KY and the late Willis “Wig” Blackburn.

She was a loving mother, wife, daughter and friend.   

Those left to honor her memory include her loving soulmate & fiancée: Michael Kane Brown of Kimper, KY; one son: Justin Tyler Mullins of Kimper, KY; two daughters: Katie Ann Brown and Skylie Ellen Brown, both of Kimper, KY; two brothers: Kermit L. Blackburn of Sidney,  KY and Charles David (Lafonda “Prockie”) Blackburn of Hatfield, KY; three sisters: Nancy C. (Bennie) Anderson of Kimper, KY; Sherry A. (George) May of Sidney, KY and Ethel M. Blackburn May of Sidney, KY; ten nieces & nephews, four great nieces, four great nephews, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends, and special friends Dorothy & Sherman Brown of Freeburn, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the Gospel Revelation Tabernacle at 11131 Quick Street Burnwell, KY with Reverend Ed Jude officiating.

Burial will follow at the Browns & Blackburn Cemetery at Burnwell.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the church.
